OFFERING SERIES

This series emerges from ideas of reciprocity and ritual. Zackin creates these sculptures in communion with her environment and community, offering them as gestures of return—ways of giving back to nature and honoring its cycles. After apprenticing in the traditional Andean offering despacho ceremony, Jennifer was inspired to develop her own offering practices, one that honors and spiritually feeds Mother Nature, the mountains, and all our living relatives who take form in the forests and waterways.
